Stockland Townsville is located on Ross River Road in Aitkenvale, approximately 7km south-west of the Townsville city centre. Parking is provided for over 1,000 cars, with 80% of these spaces under cover. Disabled parking spaces are located near each entrance to the centre.
- Taxi Rank - there are two Taxi locations at Stockland. One Taxi Rank is located on Elizabeth Street which offers pick ups and drop offs. The other Taxi lcoation is in the undercover Alfred Street multi level car park near the centre entrance between Williams and TMH Salon, which offers pick ups and drop offs with disabled access.
- Bus stops - located on Ross River Road and Elizabeth Street, with timetable information available from the Customer Care Centre.
