Customer Care
Our people enjoy being able to help and you'll find our Centre Management office located opposite Target. Open Monday to Saturday, it offers a variety of services you need to make shopping easier.
Parents' room
Our clean and comfortable parents' rooms are located next to Coles and opposite Target, with facilities for:- Change tables.
- Feeding cubicles.
- Wash basins.
- Nappy bins.
- Microwave.
- Toilets.
Mobility equipment hire
Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available for hire from Centre Management. To book please phone (03) 9842 9000.
Disabled facilities
Disabled toilets are located next to Coles and opposite Target. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.
Kidz Cabs
Kidz Cabs make shopping with children a little easier! They are free for the public to use and need a gold coin to be operated (this is returned on completion). You can find the Kidz Cabs located opposite Target.
