Our people enjoy being able to help and you'll find our Centre Management office located near the car park entry on the B1 level. Open 5 days a week, it offers a variety of services you need to make shopping easier.

Accessible Facilities

Accessible toilets are in the corridor next to Flight Centre.

Accessible parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.

Lost and Found

If you've lost something, we may be able to help you find it. Please contact Centre Management on (03) 9822 3602 for lost and found property enquiries. Please note Coles has a separate lost and found register.

Mobility Equipment Hire

Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Centre Management Office. This is a complimentary service. To book, please phone (03) 9822 3602.

Parents Room

Our clean and comfortable Parents Room featuring the latest design and facilities is located alongside the public toilets in the corridor next to Flight Centre, with facilities such as:

• Play area with television
• Bottle warming
• Private feeding rooms
• Change tables
• Warm nappy wipes
• Kids toilet
