Health & wellbeing at Wendouree
At 8am every Tuesday morning we have a walking group led by a member of the YMCA team to exercise your way around the mallways of Stockland Wendouree, a safe and climate controlled environment. An initiative of Ballarat Community Health , its free to join so just come along and join in and gain the benefits of regular simple exercise at your own pace. Participants meet at 8am near Muffin Break each Tuesday.
