Our anti-discrimination and harrassment policy aims to make sure that no employee, job applicant, customer or supplier is discriminated against because of any irrelevant factor this includes the right to exercise freedom of association. To deliver on this, all Stockland employees have a responsibility to treat all people with whom they work (including other employees, customers and suppliers) with respect, and avoid making judgements and decisions based on prejudice or assumption.
