Our newly completed annual Resident Satisfaction Survey 2016 has unearthed further findings to support our development of liveable communities across Australia.
The Resident Satisfaction Survey surveyed 1490 new home owners from 30 Stockland residential communities in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia. The annual research seeks to understand the most important factors for improving the liveability of Stockland’s residential communities in key urban growth corridors.
Similar to prior years, our customers indicated that community perceptions are key drivers of satisfaction. In addition, the survey found that Stockland’s family-orientated design and inclusion of convenient local amenities, often including retail facilities, schools, parks and playgrounds, are highly valued by customers. The establishment of programs, such as Parkrun and Live Life Get Active, within many of our communities are also generating positive improvements in the general health and wellbeing of residents.

This is our third year surveying our communities and we are using these customer insights to better plan, design and fast-track key infrastructure that has been proven to generate higher levels of customer satisfaction.
