Stockland Green Hills is undergoing a $412 million redevelopment and expansion. Upon completion in mid-2018, the centre will more than double in size to around 74,000 square metres. The centre will feature a David Jones department store, a 900-seat Hoyts cinema, around 225 stores, and a dining and entertainment precinct that will be the biggest and best in the region.

Stockland launched a $37 million project to expand and upgrade Stockland Wendouree on 6 July 2017. The redevelopment will add 6,700 square metres of new retail floor space, with a focus on youth fashion, casual dining and everyday convenience. When completed, the centre will feature over 100 retailers including an expanded Woolworths, a laneway dining precinct, and additional car parking spaces.

Coopers Paddock Logistics Park is a new $80 million modern, functional office and warehouse estate at Warwick Farm in south-west Sydney. The 52,000 square metre industrial precinct will service the rapidly growing South West Growth Centre and has good access to metropolitan Sydney and interstate markets. The multi-warehouse, multi-tenant logistics development is expected to be complete in early 2018, with Daikin already having leased a significant part of the project.

Aura is the largest mixed use development ever undertaken under single ownership in Australia. The 30-year project, with an end value of $5 billion, is creating a new city that will be home to 50,000 people when completed.

Construction is booming at Cloverton, our new city-sized community at Kalkallo in Melbourne's north. Waterlea is a 6.3 hectare medium density project located 26 kilometres south east of Melbourne CBD. The new community will comprise of 160 townhouses and around 30 low-rise apartments when completed, and sit within a wider 40 hectare parkland, wetland and heritage precinct. All homes will include innovative sustainability features as standard, which allow all homes to achieve an average 7 Star NatHERS rating.

Birtinya Retirement Village is a $63 million greenfield vertical village creating high lifestyle, low maintenance living on the Sunshine Coast (Qld). The eight-storey development commenced construction in November 2016, and will comprise 140 apartments and a clubhouse with gymnasium, wellness centre, outdoor pool, and landscaped gardens.
