Refer anyone, whether they're a friend, family member, or someone you get chatting to at a café, to a Stockland Halcyon community and you'll be able to join.
The referrer will receive the $2,000 visa gift card. We want to thank you for introducing others to the Stockland Halcyon lifestyle.
If your friend buys a Stockland Halcyon home, you'll both be sent a referral form. Complete it and send it back to us so we can process the payment.
Yes. Even if you've done the research and brought a parent to visit Stockland Halcyon, you'll receive $2,000 when they settle their home.
Yes, if it's a private sale where Stockland is the representative agent, you'll receive a $2,000 Visa gift card.
Yes, our referral program doesn't extend to new or established homes sold by the homeowner or third parties.
The referral program is effective as of 8 January 2024. Stockland reserves the right to change its referral program and no warranties can be given. Interested parties must rely on their own enquiries.
