Stockland Wetherill Park in western Sydney underwent a $228 million redevelopment, which was completed in 2016 and remixed the centre to reflect customers’ growing interest in fresh food, casual dining and services. The centre expanded to over 70,000 square metres and includes Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Target, 11 mini-majors, 190 specialties, and a revitalised fresh food precinct. It also includes an entertainment, leisure and dining precinct with Hoyts cinema and 24 hour gym.
Elara is the largest masterplanned community in Sydney’s north-west. Situated in a picturesque setting with views to the Blue Mountains, Elara will eventually include over 4,000 homes (including 468 townhomes) with another 2,000 homes to be delivered on the recently acquired site opposite Elara. It will also include proposed neighbourhood retail precinct, Aspire retirement living, and schools.
We have lodged plans to develop the first stage of our masterplan vision for a $500 million state-of-the-art technology hub at Macquarie Park in Sydney. The application to develop stage one of the innovation precinct, which is subject to detailed design and planning approvals, proposes 16,500 sqm of office, retail, learning and co-working space across 10 storeys.
