SDOT1 has been terminated.

 SDOT1 had an indirect investment in 50% of the premium grade commercial office building known as Waterfront Place. 
 SDOT1 sold its 50% investment in the Property in May 2011. The fund was terminated following the redemption of all units on 25 June 2012.

 SDOT1 performed well and provided strong distributions in addition to capital growth on the sale of the Property. Over the life of the Fund, general investors received an annualised total return of 11% while geared investors received an annualised total return of 18%.
