The results of our annual tenant satisfaction survey are in and we’re encouraged by the high tenant satisfaction across our assets, with a weighted satisfaction rating of 90%.
We recognise that engaging regularly with our tenants allows us to better understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. By getting feedback from you, we learn how we can answer problems and create future solutions. It helps us to develop action plans to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience and support the delivery of our development pipeline.
We’ve been tracking tenant satisfaction annually since 2016 and we share the results with our leadership teams, employees and the Stockland board to guide how we do business and to shape our Workplace & Logistics portfolio to better meet your needs.

For example, right now Stockland is going through major digital change including upgrading our core systems to provide a platform for better visibility into case management. This newsletter is one more way that we can share regular updates on our progress throughout the year with you and respond to your concerns.
We’re focused on upgrading our assets to develop a portfolio that responds to changes in the market and sets benchmarks for collaborative, innovative and productive working environments and delivers long-term value for our tenants. This year we’ve delivered the $77 million Coopers Paddock Logistics Centre in Warwick Farm and the developments at Yennora, Ingleburn and Willawong are progressing well.
Our focus on innovation in sustainability continues with solar roll outs in our portfolio and our commitment to supporting our customers’ sustainability targets. Our recognised leadership in sustainability is one way we differentiate ourselves in the marketplace and deliver value for our tenants.
