Keeping retailers connected with customers via a ‘bricks and mortar‘ presence is Stockland’s key focus during the Green Hills redevelopment project.

Stockland National Manager for Casual Leasing, Ingrid Vanin said: “With customers wanting ongoing access to their favourite stores and retailers seeking continual trade, customer and retailer connectivity is at the forefront of our casual leasing plan throughout the Green Hills project.”

By partnering with our retailers, Stockland has developed a casual mall leasing offering to excite and surprise customers and provide continuity for retailers during the redevelopment. The pop-up store concept is providing customers with a seamless retail experience and an ongoing and high-impact connection with their favourite brands including Flight Centre, Sumo Salad, NIB, Athletes Foot and Hello World. Customers have also been introduced to new and emerging local retailers such as Cupcake Espresso and Wild Candles.

Throughout the Green Hills redevelopment and across the Stockland portfolio, the focus is on bringing new pop-up concepts to life. We invite retailers to explore this opportunity to test a new market or concept, reduce downtime and achieve uninterrupted trade during redevelopment and fitout periods, and capitalise on key retail periods.
