Over the past two years Stockland has more than doubled the size of the centre to 74,000 square metres (GLA), which reflects very strong customer demand. The centre has evolved with the local community in mind, ensuring it pushes the boundaries with the very best in retail, design, entertainment, innovation and sustainability.

Stockland Green Hills has been transformed into a retail town centre with exciting retail, dining, lifestyle and entertainment offerings on par with any leading metro-shopping centre in Australia. With leading national and international brands including David Jones, Mecca Maxima and a two-level H&M, Stockland Green Hills is an example of a vibrant retail town centre that will stand the test of time.

The centre’s new 1,200 seat indoor and outdoor dining precinct, The Courtyard, features a range of casual dining options as well as an evening interactive LED lighting display that has been very well received by customers. The latest casual dining restaurant to open is New-York born bar and grill TGI Fridays, which launched with a new design and a refreshed menu on 20 April.

“We are proud to have delivered an enviable shopping destination for our customers and retailers, and look forward to seeing this centre continue to go from strength to strength to become an absolute powerhouse for this regional economy.”
