Stockland continues to explore new ideas and create memorable experiences to connect with customers and increase visitation and dwell time at its centres.

Skate Park with the Pros skateboarding clinics were held during the summer school holidays at all four centres and achieved very strong customer engagement, positive social media feedback and extensive media coverage. More than 1,200 children caught a one-hour lesson with skateboarding pros and coaches at the pop-up skate parks in a safe, fun environment.

In the evening, the skate park transformed into an outdoor cinema showing family film classics. Across Stockland Burleigh Heads, Stockland Caloundra and Stockland Hervey Bay, more than 1,000 people enjoyed a movie under the stars. 

 

Feedback on these Summer activations was extremely positive and generated customer traffic, website visits and social media reach and engagement.
