For many tenants, access to major roadways is a priority as it allows the quick delivery of goods to customers and businesses without the higher rent of the inner ring industrial precincts. New infrastructure investment, particularly in Sydney, is expected to reduce transport time on the roads.

Against the backdrop of high demand for logistics sites in Sydney, Stockland is redeveloping Ingleburn Logistics Park, which will be a modern, functional and adaptable industrial infrastructure to accommodate future Sydney growth and the changing requirements of our tenants.
Strategically located in Sydney’s southwest corridor, Ingleburn Logistics Park is approximately 44 kilometres from the Sydney CBD and has immediate access to key motorways.
The first stage of the 28-hectare logistics site is complete, with a high-clearance 29,050 square metre office and warehouse leased to Next Logistics and TIFS.
The second stage comprising two new warehouse buildings across seven hectares with a total floor space of 36,850 square metres is expected to be completed by July. The state of the art buildings will offer flexible design for new tenants and be able to be customised to suit operational requirements.
