With more retailers looking for well-located and flexible warehousing space in urban areas to complement their retail presence, demand for Stockland’s quality logistics and business park space is growing.

Australian fashion accessories and handbags retailer Colette recently joined Stockland’s logistics portfolio attracted by connectivity, immediacy and flexibility.

Stockland’s diversified property portfolio means that we can partner with retailers to deliver multiple leasing requirements and customer-focused solutions that support the growth of our retailers.

To meet the growing demand for Stockland’s logistic and business park assets, Stockland is rolling out several new, flexible and high-volume warehouse hubs at Yennora and Ingleburn in NSW and Willawong and Yatala in Queensland.

These new developments are consistent with our goal of delivering modern well-located stock that can accommodate our retailers’ flexible needs and future growth.

Stockland is also working to deliver tailored solar PV systems for our customers in our logistics warehouse developments to create clean, green energy that reduces electricity costs.
