Waterloo Renewal Project

Delivering a city-shaping project

The Stockland Consortium has been announced as the delivery partner for the Waterloo Renewal Project, a transformative project led by Homes NSW

This is a city-shaping project that will focus on the renewal of the precinct, while respecting the history and cultural significance of the site.

Upon completion, the Project will deliver approximately 3,000 brand new homes, with 50% as social and affordable housing. 20% of the new social homes and 15% of the affordable homes will be prioritised for Aboriginal people.

In collaboration with Homes NSW and the Waterloo South community,    Stockland and our Consortium partners Link Wentworth, City West Housing, and Birribee Housing, look forward to bringing to life a shared vision of sustainable development, inclusive of social and affordable housing, and built around spaces where people can connect and thrive.
