We’re currently sold out of land. Late last year we submitted the development application for our exciting new residential precinct in Elara, the Clydesdale Neighbourhood. We are currently working through Council feedback on the application and subject to planning approvals, this new precinct could be released to the market within the next 3-6 months.
The Clydesdale Neighbourhood will consist of approximately 200 lots with a majority of smaller sized lots (from 225m2 to 330m2), a limited number of larger sized lots (up to 600m2) as well as house and land packages with partner builders and a range of terrace homes to ensure a variety of housing options. It is still too early to provide you with more specific details of the precinct or prices right now but as a valued customer we wanted to provide this important update. We will keep you updated as our Development Application progresses through Blacktown City Council.

On the Monday before the Release Date we will send you an email detailing all of the information about the upcoming release. This includes things like the number of lots available, their size, price and position within the community.
On the Wednesday before the Release Date, at 1pm AEST, we will email to notify you that you can request an appointment. We have a limited number of appointments available for each release, so keep an eye out at 1pm AEST for the email and be quick!
If you are successful at securing an appointment one of our Sales Professionals will be in touch to arrange a time with you for a private appointment. Due to the high volume of enquiries and appointment requests, we may be unable to respond to everyone personally if you are not successful.
