We are delighted to invite you to join our virtual cooking sessions.
Our online cooking sessions will be run by the The Cooks Kitchen whose mission is to reinstate healthy cooking to its rightful place as a stress-free and rewarding activity that will nourish not just fill our bodies. Eating a healthy diet contributes to greater productivity, better physical and mental health and supports optimum growth and development for our children.
These classes will be designed around quick, easy recipes and we will aim to utilise pantry staples where possible. Children are welcome to join in on these sessions but we ask that an adult is supervising at all times. Ingredients will be sent out prior to each session to allow you time to purchase any items you may not have on hand if you would like to cook along with us.
The online classes will be run on a weekly basis on Saturdays from 4:00pm - 4:30pm. Register here to receive your zoom link on the morning of your session.
