A Design-Approved House & Land Package allows you to achieve your dream of home ownership even sooner, with home designs purposefully created and pre-approved for specific lots within The Gables.

Our builder partners have blended style and function to curate a collection of stunning family home designs that complement the neighbourhood character of The Gables, each paired perfectly with a specific lot. A Design-Approved House & Land Package, comes with approval from the Stockland design team and an approved development application from The Hills Shire Council, meaning each lot has the perfect home already designed and approved*!

What types of home designs will be available?

Our builder partners have designed a variety of home styles to suit different families preferences! These include a mix of 1 & 2 storey homes, with multiple living zones and a choice of 3, 4 & 5 bedrooms. Each home has been purposefully designed for a specific lot*, striking the perfect blend of form and function.

Can I modify the facade or floor plan?

No, each land lot will be sold with a specific home design. The design of each home has been approved by The Hills Shire Council through the Development Application process. This ultimately saves you time!

Can I choose the interior fixtures & finishes?

Yes, we have partnered with leading home builders who offer a selection of premium fixtures and finishes to suit your individual needs, style and taste.* Ensure you visit the relevant builder display homes to view the full range.

Can I buy the land lot only?

No, the home and land lot will only be sold as a package.

Is landscaping and fencing included in Design-Approved House & Land packages?

Yes. Part of what makes The Gables so beautiful is the landscaped frontage of each home. We have reflected the premium character of The Gables in the landscaping and fencing that has been thoughtfully designed for each home.*

Will there be one contract for the land and one for the build?

Yes, two contracts will be issued. A contract for the sale of land from Stockland and a construction contract from the relevant builder for the construction of the home
