After your online enquiry, a Stockland Sales Professional will get in contact with you to discuss the perfect home for you and your family!
Once you have determined your home design of choice, we invite you to visit the relevant Builders display in either Box Hill or Marsden Park Homeworld to walk through the Display Homes and see and touch the finishes and fixtures on offer!*
Once you are satisfied with your inclusions and finishes in your home design choice & the location of the corresponding lot, two deposits will be made. Our Sales Professionals from Stockland will guide you through the deposit process for your land lot, whilst a representative from the builder will discuss your home build deposit and contract. Once contracts have been exchanged, our customer care team will then provide guidance on the land lot registration. Once land registration has occurred the Builder representative will guide you through the Building contract & timing for your home build.
