Progress on Precinct I, North West of the future lake
Over the past few weeks, there has been some exciting progress on Stage I within The Gables.
Take a look at the latest drone footage by clicking here. Electrical works have commenced and the streets that will connect homes to the wider community are now laid. Installation of the underground electrical cabling, as well as nbn™ pit and pipe infrastructure have commenced.
Kerbs and gutters are almost complete, with the next step being to asphalt the roads to give a smooth finish.
