Congratulations to the Willowdale team at Stockland who took home the award for ‘Best Master Planned Community’ at Friday night’s Property Council of Australia awards.
The picturesque community of Willowdale in Denham Court features 3,400 homes, a 315 townhouse medium density development and Retirement Village. Our residents enjoy a community centre, neighbourhood shopping village, natural riparian corridors and playgrounds. Future plans include sports ovals, a childcare centre and proposed school across the 350 hectare site.
Willowdale has already claimed the 2018 UDIA National award for Best Master Planned Community and 2018 Urban Taskforce Australia Development Excellence Award for Masterplanned Community Development.
