Liveability at Aura

How Aura creates Liveability

At Aura, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community. Our annual Liveability Index Survey measures what matters to our residents, so we can design our communities around what’s important.

The Liveability Index Survey invites feedback on all aspects of the community - from quality of built and natural environments, to how its design supports mental and physical wellbeing. Watch more about it below.

Initiative 1: Nirimba Sports Complex

The Nirimba Sports Complex, future home to the Aura Netball Team, Rugby League Club and Cricket Club, officially opened on 29th June. The facility includes a clubhouse, dual change room with a functional canteen, referee change room and integrated public amenities to service the sports precinct. The grounds will be host to many future events with the first being the upcoming community day in September, in partnership with Sunshine Coast Council.

Aura will soon have a new addition with Brouhaha Brewery expanding their production into the Business Park. Brouhaha's state-of-the-art brew kit will cater for the growing demand for Brouhaha's premium brews. With completion expected in September this year, first beers will be poured upon opening in November.
