Showcasing an aerial view of the Sunshine Coast's most anticipated suburb, Baringa at Aura and the progress since development began in 2015.

Once complete, Aura’s first suburb Baringa will include a total of 1,585 home sites, two schools and a childcare centre. They'll be village shopping and dining facilities, two community centres, sports fields and community clubhouse. In addition, a range of local parks and playgrounds, 10 hectares of recreational parkland and a network of pathways and dedicated veloways will make Baringa the perfect place to live an active lifestyle.

By December 2017, Baringa had a total of 727 finished homes ready for families to move into. The construction of new homes is moving at a staggering pace with an average of three homes completed every day.

New residents have also been able to enjoy the lush surrounding bushland, which had greened up after very little rainfall through out the winter months.
