At Stockland, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community. Our annual Liveability Index Survey measures what matters to our residents, so we can design our communities around what’s important.
The Liveability Index Survey invites feedback on all aspects of the community - from quality of built and natural environments, to how its design supports mental and physical wellbeing.
We're planning more community events to help you meet and connect with your neighbours.
We've allocated a dedicated builder parking area to help free up visitor parking in the community.
We'll be monitoring compliance with the Design Essentials for presentation of building sites and bin collection.
"Hearing the ocean every night, we have really great neighbours, the overall look of the neighbourhood as it is coming together."
"The community feel, the beautiful parks and easy access to the beach."
"The feeling of belonging and being an important part of the community."
"The access to nature while still being close to amenities."
