Coral Homes takes home not one, but two awards at the Master Builders Association awards night. The Milan 27 at Foreshore won best display home in the under $250,000 category, and Coral Homes also was awarded the prestigious President’s Award.

On Saturday night, 3rd August 2019, the Master Builder Association of Queensland awarded Coral Homes’ Milan 27 in Foreshore with best ‘Display Home under $250,000’ and awarded Coral Homes the most prestigious award of all – the President’s Award.

The annual awards night showcases building innovation, quality craftsmanship and excellence of building standards across Queensland’s housing and construction industry. The awards cater for entrants ranging from apprentices and small businesses to the biggest names in the industry.

Brad Richardson, Coral Homes State Sales Manager said, “At Coral Homes, we have a proud history of almost 30 years of designing and building homes for Aussie families. We’re thrilled to receive the best ‘Display Home up to $250,000’ award and continue to ensure our high standards of excellence and craftsmanship, whilst demonstrating exceptional value for money.”

Speaking about the award-winning home, Brad said, “The clever single storey design of the Milan 27 was created with families in mind. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and ample living space, it ticks every box for an affordable family home”. This is the second win for Coral Homes in the best display home under $250,000, with their recent win at the Master Builder QLD awards for the Noosa 23 MKII at Killara.

“We believe that Coral Homes are changing the building landscape when it comes to affordable housing. The entire team have worked hard to achieve this, and we will continue to fulfil our customers’ dreams and build homes for Australian families,” concluded Brad.
