On-trend inspiration in Springfield's new Display Village.

In line with the latest guidance from the Australian government, Stockland Display Villages remain open with strict social distancing and hygiene practices in place. Virtual builder tours are also available upon request.

Property enthusiasts keen to build their forever home can continue to be inspired Stockland Kalina’s new display village during these changing times, with the door to three new stunning displays opening this month and the launch of virtual tours.

Some of the country’s top home builders, including Metricon Homes, Brighton Homes, Porter Davis Homes and more will display new and unique homes exclusive to the village. The first three new homes by Hotondo, Metricon and Burbank have just opened. Videos of the new homes can also be found online here.

Hotondo’s Tarkine design is a four bed, two bath and two car home with separate living room and study. Metricon’s Metropolitan 32 Panorama is a new design to their suite of homes, featuring five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Burbank’s Hawthorn 254 offers a separate living room, study and activity room. A further two homes by Ausmar are in their final stages of development.

David Franklin, Stockland Senior Development Manager said the new arrangements for the display village would allow buyers to safely continue their search for their dream home.

“Continuing to provide inspiration and services to meet the needs of our customers during these uncertain times is fundamental to our business and we are confident that this can continue safely by practicing the necessary levels of hygiene and caution with social distancing.

“We look forward to welcoming buyers to Springfield in person or virtually for to showcase a taste of the sleek and modern designs that will be available in the Stockland Kalina community by some of the best builders in Queensland,'' Mr Franklin said.

With block sizes stretching from 280sqm to 591sqm, the designs will come at varying price points to suit all types of buyers from first home buyers, upgraders, empty nesters and investors.

Display village highlights include:
Brighton Homes’ ‘urban rustic’ design, an impressive Hamptons theme featuring weathered wooden accents against crisp white cabinetry, that is sure to be a showstopper.
In contrast, Ausmar will display an industrial design featuring a distinctive cement facade.
Bold Living will showcase smart ways to maximise space on smaller lots, with one of their displays featuring a pool on a 378sqm block of land.

To help future homeowners get the full picture, each display home will also feature manicured landscaping. For more information and for updates on future display homes, visit www.stockland.com.au/kalina.
