Eligible for First Home Owner Grant

First Home Owners who either:
• purchase a house and land package; or
• purchase a vacant land lot and build a new home on that lot,
with a value (including the land) of less than $750,000 may be eligible for the Queensland First Home Owners’ Grant of $15,000. For house and land packages, the grant will be provided upon taking possession of your new home and your title being registered. For vacant land lots upon which a new home is to be built, the grant will be provided upon completion of your new home and the final inspection certificate being issued^.
