Land Release Process

Newport's new process for participating in land releases

Land releases at Newport will be moving to a new expression of interest process via email. Please read the below steps to participate in future land releases.

 
 

Step 1 - Before the release

  • familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions noted in the pre-release email;
  • keep an eye out for an email with release info and important dates;
  • contact the Newport sales team and/or your builder to answer any questions you may have;
  • ensure that you have your finance letter of eligibility ready to go if you require finance.

Step 2 - On the day of release

  • during the expressions of interest period, complete the EOI form (emailed on release day), to register your preferences with a copy of your finance letter of eligibility (note – registering your interest does not guarantee you a lot);
  • a member of our sales team will contact you within 48 hours after the expression of interest period has closed to confirm the outcome of your registration; and
  • you will be contacted twice during this time and if you are uncontactable both times, you will lose your registration and opportunity to purchase.
     

Step 3 - Post release

  • contracts are to be signed with payment of the required deposit within seven days of the release date; and
  • if you are unsuccessful in securing a lot, please stand by for our next land release.
