For the first time in Stockland history you can choose the size of your block of land within the latest Cove release at Newport.

Newport Design Your Lot

For the first time in Stockland history, you can design your own lot size. Want an extra wide lot? Need space for your car
collection and boats? Want to build your dream large waterfront home? Stockland invites you to submit your expressions of
interest for a bespoke lot within stage C41d of Newport's waterfront Cove precinct.

 

  • Step 1 >> Visit the Sales Office and design your dream lot

 Collect an ‘Invitation to Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI Form)’ from the Newport Sales Office. Fill out the details and return to the office or email newport@stockland.com.au by 23 August, 2020.

  • Step 2 >> Appointments

A Newport Sales Professional will contact each participant who has submitted an EOI Form, to organise an appointment. At the appointment, you will have the
opportunity to discuss your lot choice, including location and size. After this initial consultation, all submissions will be reviewed by the Newport Development Team.

  • Step 3 >> Confirmation of your lot

If your EOI is successful, a Newport Sales Professional will contact you and confirm the lot offering and arrange a final appointment. Pricing will be confirmed (based on the m2 rate) and you will have the opportunity ask additional questions. If your EOI is not successful, you will be contacted by a Newport Sales Professional.

  • Step 4 >> Proceed to purchase

Once your lot selection has been confirmed with a Newport Sales Professional, should you wish to proceed to purchase, you are required to: 

  • Sign the Disclosure Statement (Body Corporate);
  • Sign the Form 8 Disclosure;
  • Sign the Contract for Sale of Land; and
  • Pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price.
