An exclusive land release at Stockland’s Newport community will feature the first lake front blocks at a new land development in the Redcliffe area.

The unique lake front blocks, offer buyers spectacular views and ocean access to Moreton Bay via a lock.

David Laner, Regional Manager for Stockland, said the company had decided to release the lake front home sites due to the outstanding demand for home sites at Newport which is being built on a 143 hectare site on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

“We have had so much interest in Newport, with more than 300 sales since the release of the community’s inaugural home sites in April 2016,’’ Mr Laner said.

“We are anticipating that these premium lake front home sites will create even more interest, with buyers wanting to be among the first to purchase a prestigious waterfront block at the community.

“The fact that these blocks are the canal canal front home sites to be launched in the Redcliffe area, make them even more special. “I would encourage anyone interested in securing one of these prestigious lots to register their interest without delay.”

The new lake front home sites enjoy an enviable location close to the future proposed Newport Town Centre, multiple parks and kilometres of cycling and walking paths. Mr Laner said the lots would offer an idyllic lifestyle for people wanting the best of both worlds.

“Buyers will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of their beautiful Newport surroundings overlooking the bay and when they want to engage in leisure activities, they can head out in the boat for a spot of fishing or sailing,’’ he said.

Newport is Stockland’s newest residential project in the greater Brisbane region and will feature over 2,000 new dwellings, a village centre and a future 23-hectare lake with high mast access to Moreton Bay via a lock.
