In the winter edition of the Newport community newsletter, we look back at the Central Park opening event held in June, as well as celebrate the winners of the
Stockland CARE Grants Program. We also look forward to the construction of the Marketplace, Retirement Village and Waterside Park.
Construction on the new 22-hectare lake has now passed the half-way mark. The lake will be the central feature of our community and a fantastic recreational
facility. Channel 7 News Brisbane and Channel 9 News Queensland recently produced stories on the construction of the lake which highlight the scale of the
project.
