Stockland North Shore and ten partner builders have joined forces to announce a boost of $10,000 towards selected home and land packages purchased at the award winning community.

The offer means that first homebuyers could save up to $30,000 when combining the boost with the Queensland Government’s First Home Buyers Grant.

North Shore Project Director, Andrew Astorquia, said Stockland had been working with Townsville’s best builders to come up with a number of fantastic home and land packages.

“We have been working closely with our partner builders for over six months to come up with a number of cutting-edge and contemporary designs at great prices,’’ he said.

“At North Shore, all of our homes are within 200 metres of our award winning open space network.  We have a focus on active and outdoor living and that’s why we have placed a real emphasis on creating alfresco spaces in the design of these packages to help bring the outdoors in.”

“Buyers acting before November 30 will not only receive the $10,000 boost, they will be able to choose from some of the best and most affordable house designs from North Queensland’s best builders.”

The potential savings for new homebuyers include:

  • North Shore “Boost the Boost” offer of $10,000 off selected house and land packages
  • The State Government’s first home buyers grant – buyers received up to $20,000 towards all new homes up to $750,000 before 31 December
