Community Highlights

The Stockland Pallara community has everything you need for a convenient and connected lifestyle.

Our Pallara Community

Pallara’s great location and growing array of services makes it the perfect place to build your new home.

Families give Pallara a big tick for education services. Pallara State School is only 3.2 km from the community while a range of respected public and primary schools are also nearby, such as Forest Lake High School and St John’s Anglican College. Higher education opportunities include Griffith University’s Nathan campus while the youngest minds are catered for at Pallara Childcare Centre.

Whether it’s just a few groceries or full retail therapy, Pallara residents have access to a wide range of handy shopping and dining at nearby Forest Lake, Sunnybank and Calamvale. Westfield Garden City is just over 12km away. A future neighbourhood shopping centre is also planned for Pallara.

At only 19km from the Brisbane CBD, Pallara is close to an extensive road network that includes five separate motorways and highways. Richlands train station is a short drive away. A future Translink bus service will run directly to Pallara with several stops planned for within the community.

Pallara’s prime city fringe location provides the opportunity to build a new home in a new community that is still close to essential everyday services such as medical centres and hospitals. Employment opportunities also abound with key hubs such as Brisbane Technology Park at Eight Mile Plains and the new Willawong Distribution Centre on the fringe of Pallara offering job opportunities even closer to home.
