We spoke with one of our residents to hear first-hand why he bought at Sovereign Pocket.
In the space of just five years, Chris Niebling and his partner have bought their first home at Sovereign Pocket and built two others as investments in the thriving, peaceful community.
“You could say that we have well and truly been bitten by the building bug,’’ Mr Niebling said.
Mr Niebling says the popular community, located in Brisbane’s western growth corridor at Deebing Heights, has grown quickly in the time he has lived there.
“When we arrived here, only one end of our street had been developed. There was nothing around us,’’ he said.
Mr Niebling enjoys Sovereign Pocket’s distinctive community atmosphere, where families can escape the hustle and bustle of city life while still being close to everything that matters.
The community has easy access to the Centenary and Cunningham Highways, and all the facilities of central Ipswich, the Ripley Valley and Springfield.
“There is a good community feel here, with plenty of parks which are busy every afternoon with people of all ages out exercising and enjoying the free space,” he said.
While he is close to shops, schools and everything he needs at Sovereign Pocket, the main reason for moving in was to remain close to family and friends who live in the Ipswich region.
