Stockland’s thriving Stone Ridge community in Narangba is nearing sell-out with only a small number of lots remaining at the $127 million masterplanned development.
The last seven lots range in size from 328 square metres to 746 square metres, with prices from $210,300 to $266,300.
Ben Simpson, Stockland Regional Manager, said the final land release of 20 home sites represented a significant milestone for the nature-inspired community.
“We are excited to be nearing completion of this stunning community which is now home to more than 1,100 residents and I’m proud of all that we have achieved at Stone Ridge,” Mr Simpson said.
“This is a truly unique community and Stockland’s commitment to sustainability is showcased with an 8.5 hectare ecological corridor running the full length of the community, providing protected habitat for fauna and flora, and 20 per cent of the site dedicated to green open space.”
Located adjacent to Jinibara State School, the 47 hectare community also features seven unique outdoor classrooms beside the ecological corridor designed to foster learning about the environment and wildlife in the area.
“The outdoor classrooms, award-winning Central Park and boardwalk around the ecological corridor all enhance the community’s natural theme and provide residents with fantastic spaces to meet, exercise, play or just relax and soak up the peaceful environment,” Mr Simpson said.
Stockland launched Stone Ridge in 2011 and almost 600 homes will be built on completion.
An upgrade to O’Mara Road was recently completed, giving residents a third entry point to the popular community and the fastest route to Narangba Train Station, which is just a three-minute drive away.
Stone Ridge has been designed as a walkable community, where residents are just a short stroll from parks, open space, schools, childcare centres, retail options and bus stops.
The one hectare Central Park includes an adventure playground, barbecue shelter, oval, off-leash dog park, basketball half court and traffic school bike path for youngsters.
Stone Ridge is halfway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast in the Moreton Bay region’s thriving growth corridor, and the community is also close to Westfield North Lakes with easy access to the Bruce Highway.
