Cloverton is now offering free outdoor fitness classes on Saturdays as an extension of popular sessions running Monday to Friday during the school term.

In light of the constantly evolving impact of COVID-19, Stockland Cloverton wishes to advise that the Live Life Get Active or Park Run has been cancelled until further notice.

The safety and wellbeing of our residents is always our first priority. We continue to closely monitor the latest advice from health authorities and Government.  For our latest updates please visit https://www.stockland.com.au/residential/news/coronavirus-update

The extra Live Life Get Active classes were added after Stockland received requests from residents eager to workout on weekends. Now, more than 20 new residents have joined up for the Saturday classes, choosing a healthy way to kick off their weekends.

It makes Cloverton the only Stockland community in Australia that is currently offering LLGA classes on Saturday.

LLGA member, Avleen looks forward to her Saturday exercise sessions, which she attends with her husband Sal. While they work out, the couple's four-year-old twins are babysat by grandparents.

Avleen says the weekend classes suit their family's timetable.

"The boys wake up at 8.30am, I feed them breakfast and then go to class, so the timing is great for us," she said.

"Saturday's are great because i'm a full-time working mum. I would love to attend on the weekdays, but the timing is just too tricky with work."

Classes run during the following days:

 Monday: Active X Training 9.30am - 10.15am

Tuesday: Active Boxing 9.30am - 10.15am

Wednesday: Active X Training 9.30am - 10.15am

Thursday: Active Boxing 9.30am - 10.15am

Friday: Yoga 9.30am - 10.15am
