Grand Central's process for participating in land releases

Due to a high level of demand, all land releases at Grand Central are currently taking place through an online ticketing system, Eventbrite. This gives everyone a fair chance to participate.

Land Release Process

Step 1 - Enquire with Stockland

To receive information about new land releases and be eligible to secure an appointment for purchase, you need to sign up to our database via the Contact Us page and speak to a Stockland Sales Professional to help us understand what you are looking for.

Step 2 - Review the land release details

Land releases always occur on a Saturday.

One week prior to the land release, you will receive an email that includes an important link to the Eventbrite page where you will find all the information you need about that specific land release. This includes the number of lots available, lots sizes, prices and location within the community, as well as important dates and next steps.

This is your chance to narrow down your preferred lots.

Step 3 - Create an Eventbrite account

If you don't have an Eventbrite account, you will need to create an account to participate and obtain a ticket.

Visit eventbrite.com.au and click 'Sign In' in the top right hand corner. 

Follow the prompts to create an account and set up your password. 

Step 4 - Register for a ticket to participate

Log-in to Eventbrite before 10am on the day of the land release.

Click the link in the original land release email from Stockland which will take you to the Eventbrite page for the specific land release.

Refresh that Eventbrite page at 10am on the day of the release and click the green "Register" button (the button will not appear prior to 10am).

Complete your ticket registration including listing your top 3 lot preferences and submit. Please ensure you register for only one ticket, and reach the end of the checkout process.

Step 5 - Hear from our team

If you secure a ticket, a member of our sales team will contact you on the day of the land release between 12-5pm to confirm if you were successful in securing a lot and take an initial deposit over the phone. You will be called twice and if you are uncontactable both times you will lose your ticket.

Land sales contracts are required to be signed with the balance of the deposit payable no later than 7 days from payment of the initial deposit.

If you are unsuccessful in securing a ticket or securing a lot, please keep an eye on your emails for information about our next land release.
