Stockland has design guidelines in place to ensure that all homes are developed in harmony with the surrounds, whilst working together to create stunning streetscapes.
In most cases your builder will take care of submitting your design application for you. If you, or your designer are doing this, we have made it easy for you with the Builder Portal: a program for all Stockland purchasers and building partners.
If you wish to submit your application, simply log onto Stockland Builder Portal.
If you do not have an account, please register for access and follow the instructions in the Quick Reference Guide - Register and Set Password.
