Spiced Lamb Wrap
Serves 4
Ingredients:
Spiced minced lamb
Minced Lamb- 200g
Chilli powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1tbsp
Cumin powder- 1tsp
Garam masala- 1tsp
Chilli flakes- 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Chopped onion- 50g
Chopped green chilli- 20g
Chopped mint- ½ bunch
Salt- 1tsp
Vegetable oil- 2tbsp
Lettuce chopped- 60g
Tomato sliced- 1
Onion finely sliced- 1
Wrap- 4
Yogurt and mint sauce
Natural greek yogurt- 100g
Mint- ½ bunch
Salt- ½ tsp
Method:
Marinate the minced lamb with chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Add oil to the pan and saute onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Once the minced lamb is cooked add salt and mint and remove from heat.
For the yogurt and mint sauce mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside until needed.
To assemble the wrap, warm the wrap over a hot pan for 30secs and add lettuce, tomato, onion and one big spoonful of minced lamb and drizzle yogurt and mint sauce.
