The multi-million dollar facility is well under construction and due to open in 2017

Splash Aqua Park and Leisure Centre - reaches halfway construction mark.

Splash Aqua Park and Leisure Centre is on the way at Craigieburn. As of September, the Splash Aqua Park has reached it's halfway mark of construction. The $35.5 million facility is projected to be delivered in 2017.

The exciting centre features waterslides, 50m pool, children’s aqua play zones, warm water pool, spa, sauna and a 24/7 gym with space for group fitness classes.
Hume City Council are pleased to be delivering the project,  with Hume Mayor Helen Patsikatheodorou saying,

“Generations of Hume families will enjoy a splash at this large and state-of-the-art aqua park, and I just can’t wait until the water is hosed in!”

The park is designed to cater for all ages and abilities. Little ones can play around in a special aqua area just for them, kids can play in the shallow pool with inflatables and learn to swim. Parents and young adults can get workouts in at the gym, and enjoy the wet/dry café spaces. The elderly will be further encouraged to dive in with the Hume City Council’s active ageing program.

The centre will be located at the Corner of Aitken Boulevard and Central Park Avenue, Craigieburn, 3064. Why not drive by and check out the flurry of construction activity.
