Amberton Beach shined brightly at the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence last weekend, taking home both the highly prestigious Russel Perry Award for Urban Development Excellence and the 2020 Excellence in Social and Community Infrastructure award.

The stunning $5 million Amberton Beach Coastal Precinct, described by judges as 'a jewel in the crown of the Northern coastal strip', was recognised for its high-quality planning and delivery of great community infrastructure. UDIA WA judges praised the commitment and perseverance by Stockland to achieve its vision for the Norther districts, creating a thoughtful, communal space that will stand the test of time.

Amenities include the Amberton Beach Bar & Kitchen, iconic Lighthouse Park, as well as an abundance of public spaces and facilities along the beautiful coastline.

Amberton Beach reflects Stockland's goal of delivering well-connected, vibrant communities. The community was designed with the future in mind, ensuring that both locals and visitors could enjoy the best of Perth's Northern district.

Creating vibrant, connected communities is one of Stockland's core focuses, which is highlighted through Amberton Beach's exceptional community infrastructure and master planned design.

UDIA WA CEO, Tanya Steinbeck commented "high-quality development can have a fantastic impact on a local area by not only delivering new housing but by providing greater access to shops, cafes, playgrounds and other public open spaces in close proximity to where people are living. Amberton Coastal Precinct by Stockland is a fantastic example of a project that provides the local community with a much-needed place to meet, play and socialise that goes far beyond your average park."
