Choosing a community is more than just choosing your home. It's important to understand the wider area and know what is available to you and your family.

Food is an important part of many families lives, it can be a bonding experience or a solo journey. Eating local is also a great way to support your community and get to know those who live in the area. We've created a list of our foodie favourites around Calleya that you should check out!

Banjup Local

Location: 342 Armadale Road, Banjup

Website

This family run business, nestled away just off Armadale Road, has quickly become a hit! Specialising in cupcakes, cookies and coffee, with eggs and pasta also available to purchase. Banjup Local is quite unique as it is situated in front of a large paddock which is home to a variety of animals, there is no indoor seating and outdoor seating is limited, however there is plenty of grass so don't forget your picnic basket.
