Shaun & Uvana will soon be moving into Calleya and looking forward to relocating.

Basing their family within a secure and fully-equipped community was an important factor for Shaun Kader and his wife Uvana Sewpersadh who are expecting their new family home to be ready to move into at Calleya in March 2019.

Relocating from a gated estate in South Africa, Mr Kader said it was important to maintain a high level of security which still had good access to road links, amenities and education ahead of their four-year-old daughter Dhiyha starting school next year.

“As soon as we visited Calleya we felt a sense of security but were not isolated at all,” Mr Kader said.

“The dogs are even taken care of with a great recreational space which is designated into small and large zones.”

Mr Kader said his family was pleased to secure a block directly opposite the new BMX track at Adventure Park which is only a few hundred metres away from the future primary school.

“The whole layout of Calleya is great. We particularly like how there are multiple access points in and out of the community. It’s very convenient,” Mr Kader said.

“My wife has been in touch with various members of the community ahead of our move in March and she has been pleased to see that everyone in Calleya is very supportive of each other.”
