Newhaven offers best value land at Piara Waters

Homebuyers are jumping at the chance to secure an affordable block of land in Newhaven at Piara Waters, with the Stockland community quickly becoming recognised for its value for money. Home sites at Newhaven start from $159,000 for a 188sqm block, which is $115,500 less than the median land price at Piara Waters of $274,500, according to data from reiwa.com.au. House and land packages at Newhaven start well below established homes within Piara Waters. According to reiwa.com.au, the median property price for a home is $515,000 in Piara Waters. This compares to house and land packages at Newhaven, which start from as low as $299,000 for a three-bedroom home.

Stockland WA general manager Col Dutton said Newhaven provided excellent value for money for first homebuyers through to downsizers, offering a fantastic opportunity to downsize their mortgage while upsizing their lifestyle.
