$15,000 Federal Homebuilder Scheme*
The Federal Government HomeBuilder scheme is making it easier for those looking to build a new home to get onto the property ladder. A $15,000* grant could directly help families, first home buyers, upgraders and downsizers realise their goal of home ownership sooner.
$10,000 WA First Home Owner Grant*
The existing WA First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) provides $10,000* towards the cost to build a new home for Western Australian residents who have never owned residential property in Australia. Buyers must be owner occupiers with the new home being their principal place of residence for a period of 12 months. Eligible buyers can receive the FHOG in addition to the Federal Homebuilder Scheme.
