WA’s first dedicated bus corridor is set to provide a vital transport link for Whiteman Edge residents.
The $55 million Ellenbrook Bus Rapid Transit Way (RBT) is a nine-kilometre continuous connection for buses between Ellenbrook Town Centre and Marshall Road along Lord Street. The route will improve access to vital public transport connections, reduce journey times, and decrease traffic congestion in the area.

Whiteman Edge residents will be able to take advantage of the road improvements to Lord Street as well as the future Youle-Dean Road Bus Station with park and ride facilities.

The project, delivered by Main Roads WA on behalf of the Public Transport Authority and the City of Swan is expected to be operational in early 2018, with project construction expected to start in late 2016.
