Every Stockland community has amenities that help bring people together to play, shop, move and just enjoy! We proudly create places where everyone can enjoy themselves and feel like they belong, which is why our amenity planning now has an enhanced focus on diversity so we can meet the needs of all our residents – now and for years to come.
Community amenities are also a great way for our residents to share common interests, whether that’s indulging in a spot of retail therapy, going to the cinema, catching up for a coffee, playing in the playground, getting in a few overs of cricket on the local oval, riding along extensive bike paths or walking dogs in a dog park.

Features and amenities vary from community to community, but the basic principle remains the same: we want to deliver exceptional quality of life to the people who live there.
Common features of Stockland communities include parks and playgrounds, public barbecue areas and walking or cycling tracks. Other larger communities may also offer on-site schools, shops, childcare, sporting facilities, a community centre, library, medical facilities and more. Ask for a copy of the masterplan for your preferred community to see what exists or is proposed for the site.
