PEXA: Stockland moves towards electronic settlements
Stockland is now offering the option of electronic settlements across a range of our development projects using PEXA. We see potential benefits to our customers including:
- The security of encrypted signing and electronic funds transfer.
- Real time lodging of title documents resulting in fewer settlement delays and getting your name on title sooner.
- It’s paperless and is a more sustainable choice.
